Users can select exercises from an extensive library, complete with instructional videos and various execution modes. Whether opting for standard sets such as 3 x 8 or customizing advanced techniques like Stripping, the application caters to all skill levels. Experienced users can switch to Pro mode to modify every aspect of their sets.
